How can this bid be correct?

New to autosnipe and boards...on my first AS attempt, ebay #5302551841, bid went like this:

Started: Jun-09-04 19:45:00 PDT
Ends: Jun-16-04 19:45:00 PDT

Bidding history (Highest bids first)

How did the bid placed so much earlier not set the new minimum bid? I didn't realize ebay was not amiable w/ AS, so I just got the "parasite AS" reply when I inquired w/ them.
