Me too, as long as the charge is reasonable. I also expect it to be stated somewhere in the auction so I don't get surprised with an extra fee after the auction closes. But then again, if it's against ebay's rules, they're not supposed to put it in their auction.

so the best thing is for them to start the bidding with an amount that includes their fees. That's what I do.
