I am tired of leaving negative feedback for deadbeat non-paying bidders on eBay, only to get undeserved negative retaliatory feedback. The way that the eBay system works, it is the seller who gets screwed with the existing system.

After 90 days (to the minute) the opportunity to leave any kind of feedback is lost. If you leave negative feedback too soon it is almost certain that you will get a ration of retaliatory feedback.

I propose that you develop an additional service, where negative feedback can be prepared and stored for posting seconds before the opportunity to leave feedback (or retaliatory feedback) is lost. I would think that a $2.00 fee for this service would be a reasonable for this service (while also serving as a $$ deterent to abusing the service).
