how about a test thread

Since this forum does not come with a preview function (at least I did not find it

), I am wondering whether we can have a testing thread.
For dummies like me that would be quite helpful when trying out using new functions like pictures, links, signatures etc

It's easy to make a fool of yourself by what you are writing - no need to increase the odds by being unfamiliar with the various functions to spice up the posts?
