Update: Page views on "Homepage featured" item have accumulated on a much slower pace than they did in the first 24-48 hours. Still only one bid on item. 3 days to go 'til auction end. At this point, not sure if this option is a good way to go for my items. It's easy to get lost in all the "make money now" & "lose weight fast" listings that seem to predominate the homepage featured items! I'm also not seeing a significant increase in page views/traffic in my other listings that I was hoping would be generated. Live & learn!

Puppy had mentioned homepage featured might be a good option for something like a rare guitar. Interestingly enough, I did see a couple such listings on homepage featured and saw a 7-day listing with NO BIDS. Makes me wonder if homepage featured listings are only frequented by "Lookie Lous" instead of "Bidding Betties"!

BTW, has there been any additional info forthcoming from AS about forum private topics?
