wow - absolutely sickened by this - told a friend I would snipe a few things for them on ebay - rare hard to find things that don't come up to often - snipe failed and come to find out its a known issues SINCE AUGUST?!?!?! What the hell?

Despicable is the word that comes to mind - bordering on criminal business neglect - selling a service THAT NO LONGER WORKS. I do believe the Better Business Bureau needs to be notified of their business practices. I am so done with AS - and I will discourage others from using it as well as the risk of getting burned is far too great. I will warn AS user since their own customer service refuses to do so.
