I've been using AS for a few years and have never needed to say anything. I've paid and they've done most of the snipes I scheduled.

But now they've let me down with the technology, the customer service and the communication, and so the name fits how I'm feeling now.

My hope is that they will make it right and that I won't need to post anything again.
