I wonder if 'disgusted' will change their user name once they have something good to say? Somehow I doubt either thing will happen.

room4b... - AS bids like it was you so it would be like you bidding twice at the same time - no problem. However, if you win, AS will (quite rightly) charge for the snipe whether it was you or AS-you that won.

AS Support - you seem to be handling the PR of this Captcha problem in a sketchy way - how about a formal statement on the Facebook page so that your customers know exactly what is happening?
