I want credits for the "Did Not Win" without having to hunt for the hidden form where I must submit Auction Sniper's failed snipes due to this issue.

Please make this automatic and in the meantime, credit my account for the snipes that failed due to your technical problems.

These credits should be automatic, it's the very least you could do.
