Do you know how to edit the hosts file on your computer? If so can you edit that and enter 1 of our 2 ip's for www.auctionsniper.com I'd like to try that and see if always using the same server fixes this. If not we'll wait till someone else with same problem knows how and they can try it. I'm not sure what else try.

Then watch to see which IP you are on for our servers. It has an option to alert you when it changes as well. It shows in the bottom right corner of Firefox.
