Also, Jabber, I think that you cannot compare the 9/11 to this. It was in isolated areas. This is the entire city of over a million plus all the other smaller cities along the coast, divided by flood waters and downed bridges. Jails flooded and mental hospitals flooded, along with everything else. Getting into the area is very difficult besides. I think it looks so simple sitting in our armchairs. I also think the news is feeding off of it. Bad news sells so much better than the good. We really do not know what efforts have been put forth. We only know what the news has chosen to show us. I think laying blame is very counter-productive.
