You know, when you received that nastygram, it had the sender's email address on it. The sender had to use eBay's system to contact you since you didn't have an auction contract with said person. The only way they could contact you was via that user ID/password method. However, for the sender, that leaves an email trail.

You could always complain to eBay - not that it would do any good - but I don't think harrassing other bidders is tolerated, that's is why eBay has the contact system set up that way.

Funny (and sad too) how people treat each other when they THINK they are anonymous.*
