Good afternoon all!

It's -2 degree C here, and the sky is a bright blue with not a hint of cloud. Wonderful!

Mory has inspired me to get back on my diet, so I had muesli for breakfast, pitta bread with chicken salad for lunch, banana and apple for elevenses and I'll have trout with steamed veg for tea.

Goodbye rice pudding and cream!
