Jake....Thank you so much. That is so nice. I will share it with Derek the next time I get to talk to him. It really touches him that people he's never met wish him well. And all the troops need to hear the support. It hurts them alot when they hear of the protests. Believe me, no one wants the war to end more than the soldiers. (And their moms) Here is a picture from last Saturday of the horrible sand storms they have. This is where Derek lives/works now. The color looks neat in a photo, but imagine breathing in that dust!

PS Jake is my dad's name! And Derek told me he would use it if he has a son some day!! Cool
