I see you are all ready for the Holliday. I am not as relaxed as you seem to be but as of 10 am tomorrow I will be ready to relax too!!! Ahhhh the roasting of pumpkins smelll mmmmmmmmmmmmm. I have always wanted to roast a duck inside a turkey fill the duck with orange slices. put a light sage garlic butter under the skin of the turkey and slow roast. but the only problem is you need to start with a 25 to 30 lb turkey and that alone serves a small army. Seeing we are having about six for dinner it would be a lot of leftovers. Anyone have a good dish you are making?
