We have Reef n Beef at home which is Steak and Prawns (shrimp). I love that you have *Chook* on there, as everybody looks at me funny when I say *Chook* here.
Ribs arent huge in Australia and your chocky desert would have to be Murray River Mud Cake and Pavlova would be a must have.
The food looks very similar to Red, Hot and Blue, but I find it funny that it has aussie names.
The lingo is spot on though
