Posting a jpg or gif: Doesn't work for ALL, but does for most.

Right click on above picture (or any other jpg or gif)
Click on Properties
Right click on the url address
Click on 'Select all'
Right click on highlighted url
Select Copy
Click Cancel to close the properties window
Start reply and click the icon
Position cursor in image url box and do a Shift+Insert to copy
Click on OK

If you did everything right it should look something like this:
