As A general rule, in Naples where I lived and here in North Carolina, produce is much higher in the supermarkets than from the roadside venders and farmer's markets.
The baking pads are nice, Mory. Remember the days of ammonia and steel wool pads....and I do mean days! Yikes, what a nasty job that was!
