Getting import wizard to work

I watch a lot of items on ebay and like to import them early so I can see what goes up in price. The import wizard here hasn't been working in a couple of months. I have tried logging in again a number of times but that no longer helps. I emailed auctionsniper admins but they said they were working on a fix but I haven't seen any change at all.

Does anyone have any tips for getting the import wizard to work?

If they could get this fixed I would watch more items, win more auctions and auctionsniper gets more money. Please Help!
