Even the "viewed" counters seemed to have been reset and every folder is highlighted yellow and as a "new post" since my last visit. And my bookmarked link for the forum is broken.

If the search function isn't working, Rick, I guess it'll be hard to blame newbies for not finding previous postings on common topics. Oh, well.
