Instead of all the laws to protect us from morons, and morons from themselves, they should just make it against the law to be a moron.

When issued a drivers license, they should also issue a paintball gun. If you see someone doing something stupid, take aim and fire. Of course it would have to operate on the honor system, so that may be a bit of a snag, but to many colors on a car or the person... they get a ticket for being stupid.

To bad that what should be, and what could be are so different.
