Not sure we should even joke about that! One MAY kill you slowly, but the other one I think kills you quicker! Or maybe just guarantees you'll never taste anything bad again -- because your tastebuds are gone and you're eating thru a stomach tube!

It would be unlikely a mild acid like Coke could achieve the results you get from a strong base like caustic soda (sodium hydroxide).
