Wow! great idea. I am sure it worth a lot of $$$. If you cannot license it here (some people are tight), I would approach eBay and demand royalties for every negative feedback that is submited to them just before the expiration time. Get a good intellectual properties lawyer, they are expensive but consider it as an investment.
