Reply to "Feedback's becoming a wast of time!"

What cheeses me off, is even though I paid within seconds of the auction finishing, the seller gave me neutral feedback cos he said I didn't confirm my address (which I did) I paid through Paypal so this had my address, wot a plonker, he maintains he was right to give neutral, oh how I wish I gave his feedback after he gave mine.
