I had a similar experience. I placed two bids back to back, both with three bid enhancements. The bids were placed hours/days before the auction was to end. When I checked back one of the bids was still in place, as the auction had not ended, but the other bid was never placed. As a result I lost an item for close to $70.00 below my maximum bid. I have had good results before but this makes me question the reliability of this service.
