I advise against that, roadtoastt. Typically this only leads to conjecture. Your best bet is to deal with the support staff, which appears from your post is the bet you already took. The forum tends to be frequented by users, who unlike the support staff, have no vested interest in the outcome, who lack the tools that the support staff have, and who lack (greatly) technical skills.
