Expired Credit Card Disables... can't redo AS!!!

Help guys!My billing card expired on 4/30 and I get a notice that AS can't bill and needs to be replaced. No Problem!

I click on the link and replace it with a VISA card as I will not re-up Mastercard... all goes OK, and screen says account is ACTIVE! Let's go snipin'... enter snipe data & BOOM, I get the dreaded "Account Disabled" screen & can't snipe no mo!!!

Have tried this 3 more times over the last 3 days w/ same results. Whassup AS??? I want my SNIPES!!!!
