Sadly it appears to be a trait exhibited by all AS staff in my experience, Sara is just the 'public' face...

AS needs to address the lead time problem (giving the paying customer the option of automatic or manual adjustment seems to be the answer) as it seems to be the biggest bugbear at the moment.
