excessively loooong lead time(s)

Lately, AS has INCREASED my lead times excessively. This snipe was put in 27 seconds before auction ended, & this was after I changed the leadtime to 4 seconds. It has occurred on several other auctions, also, but the lead times were not anywhere near as big sa this one. What is going on?
