Error Updating Watch Items

I tried to update my watches and got this messages:
"Error Updating Watch Items".
If i try to open the watches, which seem to be the problem I get this message from ebay:
This item is not available for purchase on eBay United States.

I have a german account, so I think there should be an update, that the sniper gives ebay my german settings.
