I have no idea what you are talking about. Where was there an assumption made? I simply asked why you said you were ready to drop AS, when you stated that you had used them succesfully for some time. Though you did not say how long you have been with AS, you did state that you had been happy with their service up until now. For that reason it seemed odd that a single weekend, let alone just a few hours, would cause you to abandon AS.

I have been using my mechanic, dry cleaner, dentist, handyman and landscaper all for some time. If any one of them had a bad week, I would not abandon them solely on the basis of that. Therefore I was curious why a few had hours would cause you to do the same with AS.
