So far as I know there's no electronic way to change eBay time to your local time. I live on the East Coast so I just take the military time shown by eBay and (if it's greater than 12) just add three to it. For example, if eBay says the time is 1900 then by adding 3 I get 2200. Convert to non-military time by subtracting 12 from that, which gives you 10 PM. Maybe you could just type out a chart for the comparative times, print it out and keep it handy by your computer if you don't do well at mental math.

Answering a guest question that was asked earlier, there are a lot of people using AS but only a few who have the time to answer. Snipers are a silent lot as a rule.
