I had a problem when I recently changed my password. What I did and I don't have a clue why it helped, but I went into AS and chaned my password again, even though it was the same, then did the same thing on ebay. That seemed to solve it. Sara, if you know of a glich, let us know!

It normally takes about 48 hours for AS help to answer you, but always check. Sometimes I get an answer before the email.
