Sara, in places in Tennessee they have higher taxes, such as Nashville. Many cities and counties add a percent or so for stadiums, tourist bed tax, etc. They don't have a state income tax. They do have very nice people!
I agree with the advise that both Sara and R2 gave and would also add a firewall.
