I dunno about the validity of this email...hard to imagine eBay offering a sniping service. Especially since some people are against sniping, both buyers and sellers. And eBay always wants to earn a buck, thus the listing fees and that 10% of your winnings fee. So no doubt, they would charge for you to snipe with their service. It's just hard to imagine an auction site offering a sniping service...or maybe it's just me.
