Also in a dutch... more rules about bidding again.

When bidding again, the total value (quantity x price) can not be less than a previous bid. You can not bid for 4 @ $20 each ($80) and then bid for 3 @ $25 each (75) because 75 is less than 80. You COULD bid again for 3 @ $30 each ($90) because 90 is more than 80. A second bid of 5 @ 17 (85) would also be allowed (if the minimum bid is still low enough).
