Bidding again in a Dutch, replaces your previous bid. Your $51 bid would be replaced with a bid of $200, and everybody would pay $65.

The only way to win more than one is to bid for a quantity of more than one. If you placed a bid for 1 @ $70 you would win one for $65. If you placed another bid for 1 @ $200 you would still only win one for $65.
