wait! . . . i haven't left yet . . .

let's go back to the hypothetical we were using before, okay? like the one you cited, where i could bid $51, Mr. D gets bumped off and everyone pays $51. . . . let's say that i did that, but out of an abundance of caution, i still placed a final bid of $200 . . . now, does my $200 bid bump off my $51 bid and everyone has to pay $65 because Mr. C is now the lowest? or does ebay recognize that the $200 bid is from the same bidder as the $51 bid and not change things? or if somehow Mr. A was able to withdraw from the bidding or had his bid blocked, would i now be committed to buying two (2) items at the price of $51?
