Thankyou for your help. I sent notice as you both suggested along with an email to the seller letting her know of my actions. I don't know if ebay or Paypal contacted the seller but the seller finally refunded the extra payment today. Now, hopefully the item will arrive soon. It should have been here by now. But right now I'm just thankful that they refunded me.
