Reply to "Double Payment"

I agree that you should give the seller a 72-hour deadline in an e-mail, after which you should proceed further. BUT I would recommend that you immediately file a fraud complaint with PayPal and eBay. PayPal will not look at ANY transaction after 30 days, regardless of the circumstances.

In order to initiate the complaint within the timeline, I would file TODAY. Indicate that you are willing to seek further resolution, but get opn record today, since you say that more the three weeks have already past.

And don't forget to leave appropriate feedback when the matter is resolved, hopefully well before the 90-day mark. Mad
