Thanks, man. Damien, the BM rep has been telling me I need to calm down and that I'm the only one of their thousands of users upset by this. I was very pleased to have those links to forward to show the error of his statement.

And yes, it is still the rule. BM will bill you a charge for every ebay transaction you make no matter how it was made, as long a your account with BM is active. The reason I'm going through all this is I have been billed by BM for over 200 purchases, none of which BM was used for. About 3/4 were snipes, for which AS has been duly paid. The rest were ebay BINs.
