My problem is I like short answers when possible.

To bad you're planning to leave AS as well.

BM's billing is what turned me off also. I checked out long before they went 'live' and started billing. Guess I was lucky enough to visit their forum while they were still discussing possible billing ideas.

BM operates with eBay's blessing and are able to use eBay's interface, (don't remember what it's called), while sniper sites don't have that luxury. eBay's cooperation comes with a price attached. Each time eBay is accessed through their interface a charge is generated. If I remember correctly, even a search will cost BM a dime. Since they don't snipe, very few would actually use them to bid, thus their decision to charge for all wins, and not just wins from BM bids.

Not defending their policy, just pointing out why it's the way it is.
