I have been lazy lately but I sometimes use Frontpage. You can use it just like dreamweaver but it has a much simpler point and click way about it.

Basically I make a template that has the look I'm going for then I save it. When I want to sell something I open the template type in my description in the space I made and then copy and paste the html(works Great).
