It is. I think AS getting email might carry more weight. You might want to use all avenues to get this suggestion listened to. I think you have a better chance of getting a response to email (that's only a guess, as not all posts get response).

I don't use the "All", but I can see with a lot of history, it can be somewhat difficult to to isolate the actives.

P.S. You've probably already know this, but you could sort on "Status"?
