Didn't snipe - Bid Group problem??

Snipe didn't happen for the item I wanted. I would have won it, too. I looked at the item in the bid group. There is a box "confirmation" that isn't any of the other items in the group. What did I do wrong? When I now clicked on this box, the message says that it isn't availble.

Help??
