In England, they're called Royal Nurse. They work in the Royal Hospital, which have Royal Doors and Royal Doctors and Royal Patients, with a few Royal Cadavers. Those that don’t pay their Royal Bills are called Royal Pain-In-The-Arse.

EVERYTHING in England is prefixed with “Royal” or “HM”.
