Sounds like you've got PopUps disabled - I have the same 'problem' with Google Toolbar. Try pressing the CTRL key whilst clicking on the Snipe It Now button to see if that solves the problem...

Oh, and ignore any advice to dumping cookies - it'll solve nothing - see previous posts on the subject by using Search option.
