Reply to "Cannot Log On"

...you get "Username and password do not match." message when you mess up so it's not that. This always happens when you try to log on on a Friday - I've asked before and been told that it is when the systems are down for maintenance.

Not a problem, but it would be nice if you got a message come up. This was kinda suggested but obviously not implemented by AS.

Commercially, would it not make sense to inform your customers why their product 'appears' to be not working? It cannot be that hard to implement!
