If AS didn't fire then I agree - you shouldn't pay. However, as AS did fire and you did win then AS's algorithm will charge you. I still suggest that Grape is using AS incorrectly - he should place his snipe and walk away OR nibble - not both! If the fee is small then don't quible, if it's a lot then file a support request for a refund...
