You might try closing all Internet windows, come back and try again, or the ever popular system reset. If using copy and paste, you sometimes get a space before and/or after. Password also has to match exactly.

If it still doesn't work, can you still sign into eBay? If someone has been hacking at your user ID, eBay will add an extra security layer AS can't bypass.
